Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but we understand that there are occasions when you may want to return items.  Belle La Vie is happy to exchange or refund goods purchased on-line for up to 7 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in their original, un-used condition, with the original packaging and tags.

Please note, we do not exchange or refund on sale items.

The process is really simple:

Contact us within 7 days to let us know you would like to return and exchange or refund.

Please provide a contact phone number or email address so we can contact you. Once we have received the item, we will advise you of the refund or exchange status.

Please note, you will need to return the item by tracked courier at your own cost (unless the item was faulty). Shipping costs already incurred will not be refunded.

Please ensure all items are packed securely.  Belle La Vie is not responsible for the damage or loss of an item being returned.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Our Belle La Vie team take great care in wrapping and checking your purchases to ensure our high standards are being met.  However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong.  If you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (and within 7 days) to arrange a replacement with free delivery, and return of the damaged item to us (at our cost).
