Soak away a stressful day with this unique blend of high quality therapeutic minerals, infused with sleep-friendly lavender and bergamot. Salts have been used for centuries to help soothe sore muscles, de-stress the body, cleanse and exfoliate, and our dreamy mix with peach kernel oil also luxuriously moisturises.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup of salts under hot running water and soak.

- A blend of epsom salts, pink Himalayan sea salt, and Pacific sea salt. High in magnesium and sodium, these minerals have been said to relax the nervous system, relieve sore muscles, boost circulation and brighten and exfoliate the skin.
- Fatty acid-rich peach kernel oil softens and conditions skin without irritating it or blocking pores.
- Lavender essential oil and dried lavender not only calm the mind, but also have antiseptic and analgesic properties which sooth the skin. Lavender's cytophylactic properties are said to promote rapid healing and to help reduce scarring.
- Bergamot oil has been used in Italian folk medicine for many years, and has a deliciously fresh and invigorating citrus aroma.
